Terms & Conditions – “Black Friday” Remittance Offer

Offer Period: The Black Friday Special Offer on Remittances is valid during business hours from 08.00 AM to 11.00 PM, 28 Nov 2025 only.

• Eligible Transactions: The offer applies to all account credit remittance transactions irrespective of amount sent through branches of Al Razouki Exchange. All International account credit remittances to those destinations with whom Al Razouki Exchange is having direct correspondent arrangements are eligible for this promotion. Offer not applicable to Cash pickup & Mobile Money or any other services.
• Zero Transfer Fees: Zero transfer fees apply to all account credit remittance transactions made during the promotional period. Transfer fees are waived entirely for all qualifying remittances as stated in point number 2 of terms and conditions.
• Payment Methods: The offer is valid for payments made through cash, cheque and account transfer.
• Limitations: Al Razouki reserves the right to reject any remittance transactions that do not meet the requirements of the promotion and the transactions that do not meet AML/CFT compliance requirements of the organisations.

شروط والأحكام – عرض التحويلات المالية “الجمعة السوداء“

 فترة العرض:عرض الجمعة السوداء الخاص على التحويلات المالية صالح خلال ساعات العمل من الساعة 8.00 صباحًا إلى 11.00 مساءً، 28 نوفمبر 2025 فقط.

 1) المعاملات المؤهلة: يسري العرض على جميع معاملات تحويل الأموال عبر فروع الرازوقي للصرافة، بغض النظر عن المبلغ المُرسل.

جميع الحوالات الدولية إلى الوجهات التي تربطها بالرازوقي للصرافة اتفاقيات مراسلة مباشرة مؤهلة لهذا العرض.

لا ينطبق العرض على خدمات استلام الأموال نقدًا أو تحويل الأموال عبر الهاتف المحمول أو أي خدمات أخرى.

2) رسوم تحويل صفرية: تُطبق رسوم تحويل صفرية على جميع معاملات تحويل الأموال إلى الحساب خلال فترة العرض. تُعفى جميع الحوالات المؤهلة من رسوم التحويل بالكامل، كما هو موضح في البند ٢ من الشروط والأحكام.

3) طرق الدفع: العرض صالح للدفع نقدًا أو بالشيك أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي

4) القيود: تحتفظ شركة الرازوقي بالحق في رفض أي معاملات تحويل لا تفي بمتطلبات العرض الترويجي والمعاملات التي لا تفي بمتطلبات الامتثال لمكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب الخاصة بالمنظمات.
